Getting started with Prismx

Prismx unifies email, live chat, and WhatsApp into a single ticket queue. After signing in, your workspace starts empty until the first conversation arrives on a connected channel.
Invite agents from Agent Management. Each agent belongs to a department, which determines how incoming tickets are routed. Admins can additionally reach the Accounting and Optimization areas.
Connect a channel to begin: point an inbound email address at the email webhook, or register the WhatsApp number. New messages open tickets automatically and the AI triage drafts a first reply.
