How your data stays isolated

Prismx is multi-tenant. Each record carries a tenant identifier and every read is filtered by the signed session's tenant, so one company can never see another's tickets, users, or ledgers.

Sessions are tamper-proof: the cookie is signed with HMAC and verified on every protected request. A forged or altered cookie is rejected and routed to sign-in.
