Connecting WhatsApp

Point your WhatsApp Cloud API webhook at the Prismx WhatsApp endpoint and set the verify token. Prismx answers the verification handshake automatically.

Once verified, inbound messages open WHATSAPP-channel tickets. Replies sent from the ticket composer go back out on the same thread.
