Billing and seats

Seats are billed per active agent. Adding a seat is prorated for the current cycle; removing one frees it at the end of the period. Admins see the live ledger under Accounting.

If a charge looks wrong, open a ticket from the affected account. Duplicate charges are refunded within three to five business days.
