How AI triage works

When a message arrives, Prismx sends it to Llama 3.1 on Workers AI. The model evaluates intent and either drafts a confident reply or flags the ticket for a human.

Confident replies set the ticket to Pending and can send an automatic response. Anything ambiguous stays New and waits for an agent. You can always edit or regenerate a draft from the composer with Draft with AI.
